Yessenova Karashash Mukhamedzhanovna was born on June 12, 1974 in Makanchi village, Urdzhar district, East Kazakhstan region. In 1997, she graduated from the Almaty Institute of Technology with a degree in engineering technology. She started her career as a methodologist at the Almaty Law College in 1997. In 1999, she was appointed head of the academic department of the Kyzylorda branch of the Almaty Law College. In 2001, she was appointed methodologist-coordinator of the Almaty Law College, and in 2002, Deputy Director General of the Almaty Law College for Educational Work. From May 2002 to the present, he has been the director of the Esiksky Vocational College Institution. Along with his leadership position, he works as a teacher of special disciplines of the highest category. The total work experience is 25 years.
